The cottages were in a great location, close to the beach and town. The surroundings were absolutely stunning and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and escape from the city hustle. The cottages were well-maintained and clean. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our self-catering experience. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they were very helpful with arranging our stay. it was a great place for a Christmas getaway.
There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. The sound insulation in the cottages was quite poor, which meant that any noise from upstairs could be heard throughout the entire house.

Loved exploring the rugged Wild Atlantic Way, the great beaches for watersports, and the outdoor activities. enjoyed the history at the Deserted Village. Storage service was a bonus!
Just loved hearing every little sound from upstairs and downstairs, it made for a truly immersive experience. not.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful and spacious house on Achill Island. The owners were welcoming and provided excellent service, addressing any issues promptly. The cottage was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The cozy living room with a fireplace added a nice touch. The location was convenient for exploring the island and its attractions.
The instructions for operating the TV/DVD, washer/dryer, and cooker extractor could have been clearer.

the house itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. the area surrounding the cottage was safe and conveniently close to shops and other amenities. the hosts, Stephen and Rosaleen, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided us with lots of information about Achill and were always available when we needed anything. Cons: Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. 👍.
